Senior Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded lawyer with 3–5 years of experience to provide high‑quality legal support to clients in the technology and business sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal advice to technology‑focused clients on corporate, commercial, contractual and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, corporate documents and other legal paperwork.
• Conduct legal research and deliver practical, business‑oriented solutions.
• Assist clients in structuring transactions, business operations and new initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary team members on complex projects.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate, commercial and business law.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Strong analytical, research, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Capacity to understand clients’ business needs and propose practical legal solutions.
• Experience with technology companies or international clients is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong command of English.
• Familiarity with international legal practices (optional).
