Senior Media Buyer

About the role

Happy Mammoth is seeking an experienced Senior Media Buyer to lead high‑budget paid media campaigns for its eCommerce health‑supplement portfolio. This fully remote, full‑time contractor role focuses on driving strong ROAS and CPA performance across key markets in the United States, Australia, and the EU.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and continuously optimise paid media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and additional platforms such as Twitter or Pinterest.
• Manage large ad budgets (>$100K) and scale eCommerce advertising while maintaining target ROAS and CPA metrics.
• Write clear, strategic creative briefs that guide ad creative and copy.
• Design and test full‑funnel strategies, including upsell sequences, retargeting and conversion‑focused journeys.
• Adapt targeting and creative approaches for Australia, the United States and EU markets.
• Analyse campaign data, generate actionable insights and implement performance improvements.
• Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends and direct‑response best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale eCommerce ad budgets (minimum $100K).
• Demonstrated success in B2C performance marketing, preferably in health or supplement categories.
• Strong understanding of regional targeting nuances for AU, US and EU audiences.
• Creative thinker with the ability to craft compelling brief narratives.
• Availability to work during EU business hours.
