Senior ML Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior ML Engineer to join SoftConstruct’s AI Center of Excellence. The role will involve end‑to‑end development of machine‑learning solutions, from concept through production deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy scalable machine‑learning models and pipelines that address complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional technical and business stakeholders to integrate models into production systems.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers, promote best engineering practices and support talent recruitment.
• Build and optimise data pipelines, ETL processes and model‑serving frameworks.
• Monitor, debug and improve model performance and reliability in production environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience building and deploying machine‑learning models in production.
• Strong software engineering background with Python and version‑control (Git).
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) and large‑scale data processing.
