Senior People Experience & Culture Partner (Remote)

About the role

Tabby is seeking a senior leader to shape its people experience and culture across a distributed, multi‑hub workforce. You will design, launch and own global programs that foster connection, recognition and engagement for employees worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver hub events, team‑building activities and road trips that strengthen belonging across locations.
• Create and manage scalable recognition and milestone programs (birthdays, anniversaries, new‑baby gifts, etc.).
• Oversee end‑to‑end branded merchandise production, vendor management and distribution.
• Drive employee engagement through effective communications and repeatable initiatives.
• Lead cross‑hub cultural initiatives to ensure a consistent employee experience.
• Manage external partners and budgets, ensuring programs are delivered on time and on brand.

Required profile

• Proven experience owning employee events, team‑building and engagement programs end‑to‑end, preferably for a distributed workforce.
• Creative mindset with a track record of turning ideas into scalable employee‑experience initiatives.
• Strong project‑management skills and ability to collaborate with local hub experts.
• Willingness to travel across hubs; easy EU travel mobility is essential.
