Senior Performance Acquisition Lead (Cash Offer)

About the role

iSpeedToLead is seeking a senior, hands‑on acquisition leader to grow its Cash Offer brand by attracting U.S. homeowners who want to sell their property. You will own the entire paid‑acquisition ecosystem—from channel strategy and budgeting to creative development, landing‑page testing, and performance measurement.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and scale campaigns on Google and Meta; develop TikTok initiatives and evaluate X and ChatGPT ad opportunities with a solid business case.
• Allocate budgets across channels, markets, and audiences based on lead quality and commercial outcomes.
• Translate seller insights into offers, creative briefs, and landing‑page experiments in partnership with creative and development teams.
• Integrate campaign data with the CRM to track qualified leads, accepted leads, sales, refunds, and realized revenue, continuously improving attribution.
• Establish a rigorous testing and reporting cadence and drive independent solutions.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on ownership of both Google and Meta advertising, including multi‑channel budget decisions.
• Successful experience generating U.S. motivated‑seller or homeowner leads (home services, mortgage, insurance, or lead marketplaces acceptable).
• Demonstrated ability to improve lead quality and business economics beyond basic CPL and ROAS metrics.
• Experience collaborating with designers and developers to enhance creatives, landing pages, and conversion flows, validated through tracking and CRM data.
• Fast learner, comfortable with AI and automation, and aware of platform policy and privacy constraints.
• Clear professional English and genuine end‑to‑end ownership; TikTok experience is a strong advantage.
