Senior Product Manager, In-Person Giving

About the role

Fundraise Up is a global fundraising platform powering tens of millions of dollars in donations each month, trusted by organizations such as UNICEF and the Alzheimer's Association. In-Person Giving brings its connected giving experience to physical fundraising moments, starting with Tap to Donate and Giving Station. As a hands-on Product Manager reporting to the Director of New Products, you will define the product's direction and roadmap, improve what exists today and decide how far to expand into ticketing, galas and complex fundraising events, all on one connected platform. This is an individual contributor role.

Key responsibilities

• Own the In-Person Giving product thesis and a sequenced roadmap, turning customer research, market evidence and commercial context into clear priorities.
• Drive discovery with nonprofit fundraising teams, event operators, finance teams, volunteers, donors and GTM partners; map full event workflows and separate real blockers from expectations.
• Own delivery end to end with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Research and QA, including requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases and decision records.
• Design for real event conditions: staff-led and self-service flows, mobile and optional hardware, unreliable connectivity, high-volume peaks and operational recovery.
• Reuse existing payments, campaign, donor, reporting, CRM and identity infrastructure, and partner with the Peer-to-Peer team so shared capabilities are built once.
• Launch through early access programs with clear entry criteria, success measures and scope, and align Product Marketing, Sales, CSM, Support, Finance, Legal and Operations.
• Own outcomes after launch, connecting product evidence to adoption, workflow completion, GPV, retention and operational cost, and recommend whether to iterate, expand, change direction, partner or stop.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands-on product management in a software company, including independent end-to-end ownership of a customer-facing B2B SaaS product area with Engineering and Design.
• Track record of taking a new product or expansion from an ambiguous problem through launch, adoption and measurable results, able to explain your own decisions.
• Experience working directly with business customers, Sales and CSM on enterprise requirements and commercial commitments.
• Strong judgment in narrowing a large problem space to a focused release and in explaining what was not built.
• Fluent Russian (required, as you will work in a Russian-speaking team) and English at C1 level, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Building for US enterprise customers and US go-to-market teams.
• Experience with ticketing, event technology, commerce, POS, payments, marketplaces, registration or auctions.
• Mobile apps, contactless payments, hardware-enabled workflows, fundraising or nonprofit experience, and launching a new product area through a beta or EAP.
• Knowledge of CRM integrations, financial reconciliation, reporting, transaction attribution or SQL.
