Senior React Developer

About the role

We are a fast‑growing outsourcing startup launching a brand‑new, long‑term product for a US client. The project is greenfield – there is no legacy code or technical debt – and you will be one of the first engineers shaping its architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a brand‑new product from scratch using modern React practices.
• Own the project architecture, including folder structure, state management and data‑fetching patterns.
• Communicate directly with the client’s product team, without intermediaries.
• Mentor mid‑level engineers, conduct code reviews and uphold a clean‑code culture.
• Collaborate with the team using Git and agile practices.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in React fundamentals, rendering behavior and component architecture.
• Strong TypeScript skills.
• Experience with modern state and data‑fetching libraries such as TanStack Query, Zustand or Redux Toolkit.
• Solid cross‑browser layout and semantic HTML/CSS knowledge at a senior level.
• Proficiency with Git, code review processes and ability to work with partially defined requirements.
• Conversational English for client calls.
• Familiarity with Next.js or Node.js is a plus.
