About the role
We are a high‑growth fintech startup building products for the financial markets. As a Senior React Engineer you will own our most critical frontend experiences, partnering closely with product and design to ship intuitive, high‑performance interfaces.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship high‑performance, responsive web UIs using Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and analysts to translate user needs into elegant product experiences.
- Plan and execute short‑ and long‑term roadmaps balancing user impact, technical quality, and delivery speed.
- Raise the bar through code reviews, mentoring, and improvements to tooling and processes.
Required profile
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- 5+ years with React and its ecosystem (e.g., Redux, React Router).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6/ES7) and TypeScript.
- Deep knowledge of HTML/CSS, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
- Experience with server‑side rendering, Next.js and Node.js.
- Comfortable with Git workflows and agile methodologies.
