Senior Recruiter & HR Business Partner – iGaming

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter & HR Business Partner to lead talent acquisition and provide HR support across our iGaming operations. The role combines end‑to‑end recruitment for technical, commercial and operational positions with employee‑focused HR partnership for multiple countries and entities. You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract top iGaming talent and ensure a positive employee experience throughout the lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment: define role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, extend offers and oversee onboarding.
• Partner with managers to support onboarding, performance management, development plans, and retention initiatives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, engagement, and organisational development.
• Track and report recruitment metrics, maintain HR data and analytics to inform people decisions.
• Contribute to the creation and improvement of HR policies and best practices.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years experience as an HR Business Partner in the iGaming industry.
• 2‑3 years proven full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably within iGaming.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Native or near‑native fluency in Russian and English.
