About the role

Smartic is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead the sale of premium, high‑value solutions. You will be responsible for turning client needs into tailored experiences that emphasize quality, trust, and modern lifestyle technology.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage high‑potential customers across luxury, automotive, real‑estate, interior design, and hospitality sectors.
• Develop and present customized proposals that showcase premium value and technology integration.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a customer‑centric approach.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of smart‑home solutions.
• Track sales performance, forecast revenue, and report results to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales, preferably with premium or luxury products/services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into compelling sales opportunities.
• Interest in technology, design, and modern lifestyle solutions.
• Experience in sectors such as premium automotive, real‑estate, interior/furniture, technology, luxury retail, or hospitality is a strong advantage.
