Senior Sales Specialist – Drive Revenue Growth

About the role

OVEM is seeking a results‑driven Senior Sales Specialist to accelerate revenue growth for our outsourcing sales services. You will lead the full sales cycle, build strategic client relationships, and mentor junior team members in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities.
• Manage and grow relationships with key and strategic accounts.
• Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Conduct high‑level client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Prepare and deliver customized proposals and commercial offers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM reporting.
• Mentor and support junior sales team members when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1+ year of proven experience in sales or business development.
• Demonstrated ability to close complex, high‑value deals and consistently meet or exceed targets.
• Experience managing key accounts and long‑term client relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
