Senior Technical Compliance Specialist

About the role

SoftConstruct is looking for a Senior Technical Compliance Specialist to lead technical compliance activities for its B2B products across multiple regulated iGaming markets. You will ensure that system architectures, software updates and platform changes meet all relevant technical regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage technical compliance operations on the B2B side across regulated markets.
• Review system architectures, software updates and platform changes for regulatory alignment.
• Coordinate with external testing labs (ITSL) to certify B2B products and software releases.
• Provide technical compliance guidance to product managers and developers.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by the supervisor that align with the job description and labor code.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in technical compliance or technical audit within the iGaming B2B sector.
• Strong background in technical compliance, software certification and system auditing.
• Solid understanding of technical regulations, RNG standards, game‑logic compliance and platform integrations.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Armenian or Russian is a plus.
