Senior Technical Product Manager – Financial Platform

About the role

Tabby is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the Financial Platform domain. You will shape the financial logic behind every product, ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and reusable platform solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business, finance, and regulatory needs into clear system requirements and implementation‑ready specifications.
• Define end‑to‑end money and data flows across products, partners, and internal systems, from transaction to accounting record.
• Contribute to platform architecture and service interaction design across product services and CoreBank components.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, Finance, Compliance and other teams to scope, prioritize and deliver changes.
• Identify affected services, integrations and teams for each change and manage the backlog with the product lead.
• Support engineering and QA through implementation, covering edge cases, expected behavior and incident analysis.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience as a Technical PM, System Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Upper‑Intermediate English or higher.
• Proven ability to break down large business processes into clear technical flows.
• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, wallets, cards, lending or ledger/accounting.
• Hands‑on work with financial transactions, reconciliation or money‑movement systems.
• Exposure to regulated environments such as central‑bank requirements or e‑invoicing.

Required skills

• Distributed, service‑based architecture design.
• API and integration design (REST, SOAP, gRPC).
• UML, BPMN or similar notation for functional specs, sequence diagrams, state models and data models.
• ERP integration experience (NetSuite or similar).
• Strong documentation skills for functional specifications and API contracts.
