Product Manager – On‑Ramp & Swap

About the role

Tether is looking for a Product Manager to own the buying and swapping experience for USDT and XAUT in the Tether Wallet. You will shape the strategy, select partners and deliver a seamless on‑ramp and swap flow for users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the roadmap for fiat on‑ramps, card payments, local payment methods and token‑to‑token swaps.
• Map payment landscapes across target markets and select the best on‑ramp or swap partner for each.
• Lead partner onboarding, coordinating legal, compliance and commercial terms.
• Translate partner APIs into product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering.
• Design routing logic to offer the optimal partner based on country, currency, amount and availability.
• Track and optimise KPIs such as conversion, approval rates, KYC drop‑off and total cost to the user.

Required profile

• 5+ years product management experience in banking, payments or fintech.
• 3+ years product management in DeFi or crypto.
• Proven track record evaluating, selecting and onboarding external partners.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience defining funnel KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills for remote, cross‑functional collaboration.
