Senior User Acquisition Manager – Facebook (Core, Meta)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition (UA) Manager to lead Facebook advertising for our core dating portfolio, including Dating.com and DateMyAge. The role is fully remote and focuses on the US and other Tier‑1 markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end Facebook UA for web and app funnels, managing monthly spends of $200k–$300k+.
• Plan, launch, optimise and scale campaigns while maintaining account and Business Manager structures.
• Set up and monitor tracking, domains, whitelists and payment flow infrastructure.
• Run a structured creative testing loop: hypothesis, iteration, learning and scaling.
• Develop and implement automation (rules, scripts, third‑party integrations) and document best practices.

Required profile

• Senior hands‑on experience with Facebook/B2C user acquisition in the US and other Tier‑1 regions.
• Budget ownership of $100k+/month (ideally $200k+/month) with a strong performance focus (CPA, ROAS, LTV).
• 70‑80% execution with 20‑30% channel leadership responsibilities.
• Experience or solid exposure to automation and AI‑driven creative iteration workflows.
