Social Media Manager (SMM Specialist)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to drive the activity and quality of our brands' social channels. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Telegram, as well as managing campaigns and reporting on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Daily management of Facebook and Instagram pages.
• Oversight of TikTok and Telegram accounts as needed.
• Develop monthly content plans and calendars.
• Create post, story, and reel concepts, copy, and visuals.
• Generate ideas for new content and channel activation.
• Prepare clear briefs for design and video teams.
• Review, approve, and publish ready‑made materials.
• Monitor comments, messages, and competitor activity.
• Produce monthly reach, engagement, and growth reports.
• Collect information for brand campaigns, plan campaign content, write copy, and coordinate communication before, during, and after campaigns.
• Track discounts, deadlines, and terms; provide briefs to design/video teams.
• Summarize campaign and content effectiveness.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms.
• Content planning and copywriting abilities.
• Good understanding of reels, stories, and current social media trends.
• Ability to handle multiple brands simultaneously.
• Familiarity with SMM metrics and key performance indicators.
• Fluent Armenian; Russian and English are a plus.
• Experience with Bitrix or similar task‑management tools is a plus.
• Basic Canva or visual‑editing skills are a plus.
