Social Media Marketing Specialist (Freelance)

About the role

Mogo UCO is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Marketing Specialist to strengthen its presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. You will develop and execute content strategies that engage audiences and align with the brand’s marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Mogo’s social media and content strategy.
• Manage TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn pages.
• Prepare monthly content plans and maintain a consistent publishing schedule.
• Generate ideas for posts, Reels, TikTok videos, campaigns and other digital formats.
• Write clear, engaging, brand‑appropriate copy.
• Monitor trends, platform updates and audience behavior, adapting them to the brand.
• Coordinate content production with designers, videographers, photographers, agencies and other partners.
• Organise and supervise photo and video shoots from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team and internal departments.
• Monitor performance, prepare reports and recommend improvements.
• Ensure all published content follows brand guidelines and communication standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years proven experience as an SMM Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Excellent written and verbal Armenian and English.
• Strong storytelling, content writing and communication skills.
• Ability to identify trends and turn them into relevant content ideas.
• Experience coordinating photo, video and other content‑production processes.
• Creative, detail‑oriented and proactive with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
