Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team in Yerevan on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role focuses on planning, executing and optimizing social media campaigns that boost brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging visual and copy content.
• Monitor channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community interaction.
• Analyse performance data, generate regular reports and propose data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to maintain brand consistency and support broader digital marketing initiatives.
• Contribute creative ideas aligned with campaign objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media and digital marketing, preferably in a marketing or agency setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal teams and clients.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and capable of handling multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Armenian or additional languages is a plus.
• Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
