Software Engineer (Full‑Stack/Backend & Applied AI)

About the role

Globaldev Group is seeking a senior Software Engineer who will work at the intersection of high‑scale full‑stack development and applied AI. You will design and deliver agentic workflows and scalable micro‑services in a distributed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and build production‑grade agentic systems and micro‑services, primarily using Python.
• Lead integration of generative AI capabilities, including LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows.
• Implement operational practices, observability, and autonomous monitors to ensure AI reliability in production.
• Drive engineering quality through AI‑SDLC practices, code reviews, test automation, and trace‑based quality evaluation.
• Evaluate emerging AI tooling, mentor engineers, and contribute to the technical roadmap.

Required profile

• 7+ years of backend or full‑stack engineering experience, with at least 2 years building production‑grade agentic systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python (or ability to transition from TypeScript/Go/Rust).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
