Spanish Speaking Incoming Tour Manager

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Spanish‑speaking Incoming Tour Manager to join our team in Yerevan. You will be the key liaison between international partners and local suppliers, ensuring that every Armenian travel experience we deliver is seamless, authentic, and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and calculate detailed tour itineraries based on client and partner requirements.
• Create and develop itineraries for our international partners.
• Coordinate and communicate with local guides, drivers, hotels, and other suppliers to guarantee smooth tour execution.
• Manage day‑to‑day email correspondence with partners and clients.
• Oversee tours on the ground, resolving any operational issues promptly.
• Maintain high service standards and ensure client satisfaction throughout the travel experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Tour Manager.
• Fluent Spanish (written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with both international partners and local suppliers.
• Solid knowledge of Armenia’s tourist destinations, culture, and logistics.
• Ability to work independently and handle time‑sensitive situations calmly.
