Talent Acquisition Manager (Armenia)

About the role

As Alan enters the Armenian market, it needs a Talent Acquisition Manager to build a strong team on the ground quickly. Based in Yerevan (or open to relocating there), you will drive hiring streams end to end, work with colleagues who hire and interview, and coach them to be better recruiters.

Key responsibilities

• Build the hiring engine for Armenia: sourcing channels, candidate experience and talent assessment.
• Lead projects that improve hiring at Alan, with full ownership of the outcome.
• Run full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, outreach, screening, interviews and closing.
• Use Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter and other creative channels; track campaigns with data (funnel, conversion, time to hire).
• Coach hiring managers and interviewers, and share learnings with the global Talent Community.
• In the first 12 months, own several hiring streams (engineering as a priority), build a repeatable process and a strong employer presence, and improve the funnel step by step.

Required profile

• Ideally 4+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth tech or startup environments, preferably as a tech recruiter.
• Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting and expert sourcing.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate talent at scale.
• Fluent English (required); location must be Yerevan or open to relocation.

• Data-driven approach (metrics, funnel optimisation, A/B testing)
• Experience with modern ATS tools
• Project management skills to improve hiring processes
