Talent Acquisition Specialist – Full‑Cycle Recruiter

About the role

We are a fast‑growing international SaaS company seeking a high‑performing Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment lifecycle across IT, marketing, commercial, and management functions. You will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from offer to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for diverse roles, from defining hiring needs to the new hire’s first day.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to set requirements, candidate profiles, priorities, and hiring strategies.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, proactively identify candidates, and maintain long‑term talent pools across multiple markets.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and ensure a transparent, efficient hiring process.
• Create compelling job descriptions and support employer branding initiatives.
• Oversee pre‑boarding and onboarding, conduct early‑stage check‑ins, and address any issues with managers.
• Maintain and continuously improve recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience processes, documenting standards and updating ATS/HRIS data.
• Track hiring metrics, analyze labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor offers to inform strategy.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and lead HR projects from concept to implementation.

Required profile

• 3–4+ years of recruitment and headhunting experience, including hiring IT specialists.
• Deep understanding of full‑cycle recruitment, candidate assessment, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience.
• Experience with modern sourcing tools and ATS/HRIS systems; PeopleForce experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of pre‑boarding and onboarding processes.
