Technical Team Lead

About the role

SoftConstruct is looking for a Technical Team Lead to drive high‑quality software delivery within its Technology Directorate. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, mentor engineers, and ensure that projects are built with modern, scalable, and secure architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Plan, prioritize and manage team tasks to align with company goals and delivery deadlines.
• Oversee software design, development, and deployment, enforcing best coding practices and code‑review standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and solutions.
• Implement Agile processes, manage sprint ceremonies and drive DevOps best practices.
• Optimize system performance, scalability and security by adopting latest technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience and at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, time‑management and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in C#, Node.js, Go, C++, PHP, Unity, Python, React, React Native, Angular.
• Experience with QA manual, QA automation, Flutter, Android, iOS.
• Knowledge of Network, SysAdmin, DevOps, IT support, Monitoring, IT security, SOC, Cyber Security.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of SQL, NoSQL databases and API development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, micro‑services architecture and Agile/DevOps methodologies.
