Technical Team Lead – Lead & Mentor Software Engineers

About the role

SoftConstruct is looking for a Technical Team Lead to drive the design, development and delivery of high‑load software solutions. You will lead a talented group of engineers, foster a culture of continuous learning and ensure that projects meet quality, performance and security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and coach a team of software engineers.
• Plan, prioritize and manage team tasks in alignment with company goals.
• Oversee software design, development, deployment and code review processes.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and other stakeholders to define technical requirements.
• Implement Agile ceremonies and ensure smooth sprint execution.
• Optimize system performance, scalability and security using modern technologies.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges quickly.
• Keep the team updated on industry trends and emerging tools.
• Promote a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Experience in gambling, gaming or fintech is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, time‑management and people‑management skills.
