About the role

The bank is looking for a motivated Information Security Specialist to design, implement and maintain its security architecture. You will work closely with IT and business units to ensure that security solutions align with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the information security architecture.
• Design security solutions that meet business objectives and legal mandates.
• Create, update and enforce security policies, standards and internal normative documents.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analyses and threat impact evaluations.
• Recommend and implement risk‑mitigation measures.
• Assess emerging security technologies and propose adoption strategies.
• Collaborate with IT and business departments to understand security needs.
• Support incident response, analysis and post‑incident improvement.
• Ensure compliance of security architecture with current legislation.
• Develop and deliver security awareness and training programs.

Required profile

• Higher education in a relevant field.
• 1‑2 years of proven experience in information security.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
• Knowledge of security standards and risk‑assessment methodologies.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills.
