Applicants joining Luyser will contribute to sustainable, high-quality urban development in a rapidly evolving real estate market.Role Description: The purpose of this role is to run and optimize all digital advertising campaigns and to ensure a steady flow of quality leads into the sales team’s CRM. Key responsibilities• Setting up targeted advertising and managing budgets (Google Search / Display, Yandex), with particular focus on the local market and the Diaspora (USA / Russia).• Configuring retargeting flows for website visitors (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager).• Delivering the SEO strategy for the website, landing pages and blog, and managing marketing plugins.• Email marketing to leads collected at expos and events.• Handling the technical set-up for transferring data collected at events into a separate CRM system.Requirements: higher education; hands-on command of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads and SEO tools; experience in data-driven direct-response marketing and in VK Ads / VK community management.Ընկերության նկարագրություն«Լույսեր» ՓԲԸ-ն կառուցապատող ընկերություն է, որը կենտրոնանում է ինչպես բնակելի, այնպես էլ կոմերցիոն անշարժ գույքի վրա։ Ընկերության ներկայիս առաջատար նախագծերից է «Լույսեր» բնակելի համալիրը, որը ներառում է չորս շենք, 430 բնակարան, 2,000 քմ կոմերցիոն տարածք և ավելի քան 9,000 քմ կանաչապատ տարածք։ «Լույսեր»-ին միացող թեկնածուները հնարավորություն կունենան իրենց ներդրումն ունենալ կայուն և բարձրորակ քաղաքային զարգացման գործում՝ արագ զարգացող անշարժ գույքի շուկայում։Նպատակը - կարգավորել և օպտիմալացնել բոլոր թվային գովազդային արշավները, ապահովել որակյալ լիդերի կայուն հոսք վաճառքի թիմի CRM համակարգ։Հիմնական պարտականություններ․Թիրախային գովազդի տեղադրում և բյուջեի կառավարում Google Search/Display/Yandex)՝ հատուկ շեշտադրմամբ տեղական շուկայի և Սփյուռքի (ԱՄՆ/ՌԴ) վրա։Կայքի այցելուների համար վերաթիրախավորման սխեմաների հարմարեցում (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager)Կայքի, լենդինգների և բլոգի SEO ռազմավարության իրականացում, մարքեթինգային փլագինների կառավարում։Էքսպոների և միջոցառումներ ժամանակ հավաքված լիդերին իմեյլ մարքեթինգ։Միջոցառումների ժամանակ հավաքագրված տվյալների՝ դեպի առանձին CRM համակարգ փոխանցման տեխնիկական կազմակերպում։Պահանջներ - բարձրագույն կրթություն, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads և SEO գործիքների գործնական տիրապետում, տվյալների վրա հիմնված DIRECT-RESPONSE մարքեթինգի և VK Ads/VK Community Management փորձ:
