About the role
We are looking for an experienced, proactive and results‑driven Head of Sales to lead our sales department. The role involves overseeing the sales team, implementing the sales plan and driving performance to meet established targets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and organise the work of the sales team.
- Ensure the sales plan is executed and key performance indicators are achieved.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Analyse sales results and present detailed reports.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and foster team development.
Required profile
- Higher education qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, including a managerial position.
- Proven experience in leading and motivating a team.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
What we offer
- Salary starting from 400,000 AMD (depending on experience and skills).
- Office located at 3 Ghapantsyan Street.
- Working hours: Monday‑Friday 09:30‑18:30, Saturday 10:00‑14:00.
