About the role

The Teaching Coach will work directly with youth at the Tumo centre in Goris, helping them discover interests, shape their educational paths and turn ideas into real‑world practice. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with teenagers and wants hands‑on experience in a creative, technology‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support students' learning progress and assist them in reaching personal goals.
• Guide the creation of individualized learning plans and supervise related exercises.
• Participate in the organization and delivery of practical workshops and project sessions.
• Foster an inspiring, friendly atmosphere where students can develop their passions.

Required profile

• Enjoys communicating with young people and can easily find common language.
• Has basic knowledge of at least one Tumo area (animation, programming, design, film creation) or a strong willingness to learn.
• Team‑player with good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with basic internet tools.
• Student or Tumo alumnus seeking to combine learning with practical experience.
