About the role
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors in a residential complex, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and high‑quality service. The role involves handling inquiries, directing calls and visitors, and supporting the organization of resident services.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist residents and guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Receive, log, and follow up on resident inquiries.
- Support the coordination and organization of various resident services.
- Answer incoming telephone calls, welcome visitors, and direct them to the appropriate parties.
- Maintain a comfortable environment and uphold high service standards for all residents.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Proficiency in Armenian, Russian and English.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Responsibility, quick decision‑making and orientation skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience in a similar front‑desk or hospitality role is an advantage.
