Account Assistant

About the role

SCHNEIDER GROUP, an international consulting company with global clients, is looking for an Account Assistant in Yerevan. The role covers financial document preparation, administrative support, payroll calculations and entry of data into accounting software.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial documents, including invoices, bills and accounts payable/receivable.
• Handle administrative documentation such as printing, scanning and organizing files.
• Perform payroll calculations.
• Enter financial data into accounting software systems.
• Support daily financial and accounting transactions and assist with other tasks as assigned.
• Monitor updates and changes in tax legislation.

Required profile

• Higher education, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
• Good command of English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of RA tax legislation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Proficiency in the AS accounting software.
