Payment Solutions Specialist

About the role

A client of Avomind operating in online trading and investment is looking for a Payment Solutions Specialist in Yerevan. You will identify, evaluate, onboard and implement Payment Service Providers (PSPs), payment methods and payment capabilities across the company's brands and markets, working with Commercial, Product, Integrations, Engineering, Treasury, Processing, Compliance, Legal, Risk and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and market intelligence: research PSPs, payment methods and competitors, conduct initial outreach and due diligence, and maintain provider databases and onboarding trackers.
• PSP onboarding and integration readiness: coordinate onboarding from engagement through launch, track approvals and documentation, and support handover and follow-up.
• Commercial support and reporting: maintain provider commercials, contracts and comparison trackers, and report on coverage, success rates, settlement coverage and cost efficiency.
• Governance and continuous improvement: follow onboarding governance and approval workflows, support audit and compliance requests, and improve processes and stakeholder coordination.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in a payment provider, payment institution, financial institution or closely related environment.
• University degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, IT, Project Management, Business or a related field.
• Practical understanding of payment systems, PSPs, acquiring, transaction processing and settlement.
• Experience coordinating provider onboarding, due diligence and implementation, or comparable cross-functional payment projects.
• Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Desirable: forex/CFD, fintech or brokerage experience, and exposure to PSP contracts, vendor management or payment integrations.

• Ability to read basic PSP pricing, settlement arrangements and contractual terms.
