Account Manager – AI Data Annotation

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to join our AI data‑annotation team. You will act as the main liaison between diverse clients and our internal annotation teams, ensuring smooth project delivery and strong client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients across multiple industries.
• Manage annotation teams to guarantee timely and high‑quality project execution.
• Monitor team discipline and promote a positive corporate culture.
• Track key performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and drive automation.
• Mediate and resolve client and annotator concerns promptly.
• Provide training and mentorship to annotation teams and supervisors.

Required profile

• Excellent English (C1 level, spoken and written).
• 1‑2 years of experience in the data‑annotation industry, handling both client relationships and team management.
• Strong ability to juggle multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Mature, responsible attitude with an innovative and flexible mindset.
