Account Manager

About the role

FeedConstruct, an award-winning global sports data and technology company serving the iGaming and sports industries, is looking for an Account Manager. The role acts as a bridge between partners and internal teams, helping partners optimise their return on investment across products.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships and act as the link between partners and internal teams.
• Work with partners to optimise return on investment across products.
• Collect, verify and rank partners' non-technical and technical requirements for new features, understand each request and report it to the right internal team.
• Run daily or weekly analytics of partners' business using platform reports, identify improvements and propose solutions.
• Master all FeedConstruct tools and product features so you can train partners and explain them clearly.
• Present new product upgrades and functionalities and handle operational issues affecting delivery.
• Propose ideas for platform and product development, follow industry news and research competitors.
• Complete other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Literature, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer support or client relationship management.
• Excellent knowledge of English, Chinese and Armenian; another foreign language is an advantage.
• Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, proactive problem solving, good organisation and time management, attention to detail, teamwork and integrity.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and MS Office is mandatory.
