Accountant – Tax & Financial Reporting

About the role

WISE LLC is expanding its professional team and seeks a responsible, proactive accountant to support the accounting and tax processes of its diverse client base. You will work closely with local and international companies, ensuring compliance with Armenian legislation and delivering accurate financial information.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records in line with Republic of Armenia (RA) legislation.
• Prepare and submit tax, financial, and statistical reports.
• Issue and record tax invoices, and process accounting documents.
• Handle bank and cash transaction accounting.
• Calculate salaries, taxes, and mandatory payments.
• Control receivables and payables, and record income and expense transactions.
• Enter data into accounting software and generate management reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Higher education in accounting, finance, or economics.
• Minimum 1 year of professional accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Armenian tax legislation and basic accounting principles.
• Excellent command of Armenian and at least B2 level English; Russian is a plus.
• High sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Analytical thinking and ability to solve problems independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the AS Accountant program.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
