Affiliate Manager

About the role

Freedx, a newly established cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to develop, manage, and scale its affiliate program. The role involves building strong relationships with affiliates, influencers, publishers, and strategic partners to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Freedx’s affiliate marketing strategy.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage high‑quality affiliate partners.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with affiliates, publishers, influencers, and marketing partners.
• Monitor affiliate performance, optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
• Analyze campaign metrics, conversion rates, traffic quality, and revenue performance.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, commission structures, and promotional opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Analytics teams to align affiliate initiatives with overall marketing goals.
• Provide affiliates with up‑to‑date promotional materials, creatives, and assets.
• Detect and prevent fraudulent or non‑compliant affiliate activity.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Manage affiliate platforms and tracking tools to ensure accurate attribution and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, digital marketing or business development.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models such as CPA, CPL, CPS and RevShare.
• Experience working with affiliate networks and tracking platforms.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret performance data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Highly organized with solid project‑management capabilities.
