AI Program Manager

About the role

The Business Club of Manṭashyan is looking for an AI Program Manager to jointly design, develop, and launch artificial‑intelligence‑based projects for its member businesses. The role focuses on turning real‑world business challenges into AI‑driven solutions and optimizing processes across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for AI automation and integration.
• Design, prototype, and implement AI agents, generative AI models, and API‑based AI services.
• Lead end‑to‑end AI project delivery, from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and propose innovative solutions.
• Ensure AI solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

Required profile

• Proven experience in applying AI technologies to solve concrete business problems.
• Strong understanding of AI automation, generative AI, and AI‑API integrations.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business impact.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast‑moving environment.
