Amazon Brand Manager (Eastern Europe - Armenia)

About the role

As an Amazon Brand Manager, you will craft and implement strategies to improve the brand's performance on the Amazon platform. You will analyze data to boost sales and cut costs, produce regular reports and oversee day-to-day brand management. The role suits someone with 3+ years in e-commerce and brand management, strong analytical and communication skills, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze Amazon data and metrics, propose strategies to fix problems and give clear, accurate reports to management.
• Manage brands and products daily: best seller tags, metric shifts, market trends, customer profiles, demographics, daily reporting, competition and pricing changes.
• Develop strategies to raise sales, reduce costs and improve conversion: price optimization, PPC, coupons and deals, customer communications, creative and SKU optimization.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports, coordinating with the team to show an accurate P&L.
• Anticipate issues, escalate problems promptly and partner with internal teams on strategy, sharing wins and lessons learned.
• Track KPIs weekly and keep up with Amazon marketplace rule changes and the latest Amazon strategies.

Required profile

• 3+ years in brand management, P&L management, marketing or an analytical function, preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
• 3+ years of e-commerce experience, preferably within the Amazon ecosystem.
• Ability to dig into data, draw conclusions and make recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle aggressive deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Self-starter who can manage several projects and solve complex problems with little oversight.
• Strong negotiation, influencing and account management skills, and ability to work full-time EST.
