About the role
We are looking for an experienced Asterisk / VoIP Engineer to develop and support our proprietary IP telephony system.
Key responsibilities
- Support and develop Asterisk / SIP infrastructure.
- Configure dialplans, SIP trunks, routing, and agents.
- Integrate telephony with backend systems via ARI / AMI.
- Monitor SIP traffic and troubleshoot incidents.
- Maintain security, stability, CDRs, and call recordings.
- Administer Linux‑based infrastructure.
Required profile
- 3+ years of commercial experience with Asterisk.
- Strong knowledge of SIP, ARI, and AMI.
- Linux administration experience.
- Experience with MariaDB / MySQL, Redis, and Nginx.
- Understanding of firewalls, fail2ban, and SIP security.
- Familiarity with Grafana, Prometheus, or similar monitoring tools.
- Proficiency in English and Russian.
