About the role
We are looking for a Lead Specialist in Automation Systems and PLC to join our technical team. The role involves programming, configuring, diagnosing, and maintaining PLC‑based automation solutions for various industrial applications.
Key responsibilities
- Program, configure, diagnose and maintain PLC systems.
- Provide technical support and fault remediation for automated control systems of actuators.
- Work with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, encoders, relays, VFDs and motors.
- Read and analyse electrical and automation schematics.
- Identify root causes of failures (troubleshooting) and implement rapid corrective actions.
- Install, commission and integrate new equipment into existing automation systems.
Required profile
- Higher technical education in automation, electrical engineering, electronics or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with PLCs and automation systems.
- Practical experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Siemens PLCs and TIA Portal is a plus.
