B2C Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented B2C Business Analyst to join our Business Intelligence Department. You will turn complex data into actionable insights that support product, marketing, and operations decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, review and analyse business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics.
• Interpret research data and develop integrated business analyses.
• Assess financial and operational impact of changes and propose improvements.
• Analyse marketing promotions, product performance and overall ecosystem.
• Perform business requirements analysis and revenue analysis.
• Initiate technical, business or marketing changes to drive growth.
• Produce analytical reports and support management with data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, an MBA or a related field.
• High proficiency in Armenian, English and Russian.
• Experience in gaming is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
