BI Developer / Apache Superset Dashboard Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a BI Developer / Apache Superset Dashboard Engineer to create, enhance and maintain interactive data visualizations and KPI dashboards using Apache Superset. The role will turn complex data sets into clear, actionable insights while collaborating closely with data engineers and analysts in an Agile, remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop Apache Superset dashboards for key performance indicators and data insights.
• Write and optimise Elasticsearch Query DSL queries to retrieve relevant data.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries for PostgreSQL and/or Oracle databases.
• Perform data access, extraction and automation tasks in Unix/Linux environments.
• Track work items and deliverables in Jira, adhering to Agile sprint processes.
• Ensure visualisations meet business requirements and quality standards.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience with Apache Superset dashboard and KPI design.
• Minimum 3 years working with Elasticsearch Query DSL.
• 3+ years of SQL development on PostgreSQL and/or Oracle.
• 3+ years operating in Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience delivering projects in Jira‑tracked Agile teams.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Technical degree (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
