Bilingual Project Manager – English & Russian/Ukrainian

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Bilingual Project Manager to act as the communication hub between our English‑speaking customers and Russian/Ukrainian‑speaking field crews. Working remotely, you will ensure that project details, expectations and technical specifications are accurately conveyed, keeping projects on schedule and within quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Translate and relay project information between customers and field teams in English and Russian/Ukrainian.
• Coordinate project timelines, address roadblocks and drive resolutions without escalation.
• Maintain clear documentation of project status, updates and client communications.
• Collaborate with internal departments (sales, operations, logistics) to align resources and meet project milestones.
• Monitor lead flow and respond to calls on Saturdays as needed.

Required profile

• Full professional proficiency in English (C1) and native‑level fluency in Russian or Ukrainian.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Full‑time remote position with a Monday‑Friday schedule (8 AM‑5 PM PST).
• Hourly rate of $14‑$17.
