About the role

Sqotch Studio is expanding its team and seeks a talented Architect to develop concepts, create construction documents, and supervise projects from design through build.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and full project documentation, from initial ideas to construction drawings.
• Prepare detailed plans, sections, and elevations in line with building codes and standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors throughout all project stages.
• Conduct site visits and provide architectural supervision during construction.
• Communicate with clients to ensure design quality and technical accuracy at every stage.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture.
• Portfolio of architectural projects.
• Strong understanding of building structures, materials, and technical detailing.
• Knowledge of local construction standards and documentation requirements.
• Attention to detail, organization, and responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
