Carrier Relations Manager – A2P SMS

About the role

Evoicebd is expanding its A2P SMS business and seeks a Carrier Relations Manager to drive growth and maintain strong partnerships with carriers and customers worldwide. This remote position offers the chance to shape interconnection processes and contribute to the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers and suppliers through various communication channels.
• Manage the full interconnection lifecycle, including contract signing, route configuration, and testing with the technical team.
• Create and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate records.
• Monitor route quality and work with suppliers or customers to implement improvements.
• Handle day‑to‑day requirements of existing customers, providing timely support.
• Provide strategic guidance and collaborate with internal teams to increase volume and profitability.
• Prepare daily reports and perform analysis of performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in carrier relations, interconnection, or a related telecom field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
