About the role
Nova Solutions is looking for a Chinese‑speaking specialist to lead training sessions on business software systems and to handle information‑processing tasks. The role combines instructional duties with ongoing user support, ensuring employees can effectively use the tools required for daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and deliver training on business software and related operational procedures.
- Explain software functionality, workflows and best practices to employees.
- Provide continuous support and assistance to users after training.
- Process and manage information using specialised information‑processing software.
- Prepare training materials, user guides and operating instructions.
Required profile
- Excellent command of Chinese and good command of English.
- Relevant professional experience in a similar training or support role.
- Strong skills in information processing and support services.
- Good communication, organisational and training abilities.
