Project Manager - Data Projects

About the role

Wirestock is a data platform for ethically sourced multimodal data used by leading AI labs. As a Project Manager you will own projects from initial client requirements and planning through production, quality review and final delivery, turning complex requirements into structured workflows and ensuring on-time, quality-compliant delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex data projects end to end, from briefing and planning to final delivery.
• Translate client requirements into project plans, workflows, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate freelancers, reviewers and internal teams across production stages.
• Track progress, deadlines, dependencies, quality metrics and deliverables.
• Identify bottlenecks and risks early and propose solutions.
• Oversee quality control and review processes.
• Manage resources, priorities and timelines across stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting and communication.
• Analyse project performance and improve workflows for efficiency and scalability.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in project management, product operations, product management or similar roles.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, workflows and deliverables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to turn business requirements into structured plans.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and risk awareness.
• Ability to decide independently and take ownership of outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, strong written and spoken English.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Nice to have

• Background in a product-driven or technology company.
• Product management, product operations or technical project management background.
• Data-related projects, AI/ML workflows or large-scale operations experience.
• Coordinating distributed teams, freelancers or external contributors.
• Familiarity with project management and data analysis tools.
