Cleaning Specialist

About the role

The Cleaning Specialist works full‑time on‑site in Yerevan, delivering high‑quality cleaning for commercial offices, facilities and premium residential spaces. The role focuses on meticulous surface care, floor maintenance and careful handling of furniture, carpets and equipment while using eco‑friendly products.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily surface, floor and dusting tasks, trash removal and restroom sanitation.
• Handle specialized cleaning of carpets, upholstery, high‑end furniture and equipment.
• Support window cleaning, post‑construction cleanup and detailed detailing projects as required.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety standards, ensuring consistent quality.

Required profile

• Experience in commercial office and facility cleaning.
• Ability to work in premium residential environments with attention to detail.
• Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights and stand for long periods.
• Reliability, punctuality and adherence to confidentiality and safety guidelines.

Required skills

• Carpet cleaning techniques.
• Upholstery and fabric surface care.
• Window cleaning or willingness to learn high‑surface work.
• Basic knowledge of eco‑friendly cleaning equipment and products.
