About the role
This full‑time, on‑site Housekeeper position is based at the Messier 53 Hotel in Yerevan. The role focuses on maintaining clean, orderly, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas.
Key responsibilities
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces in guest rooms and public areas.
- Change linens, make beds, replenish amenities, and manage laundry (wash, dry, fold).
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
- Organise cleaning supplies and equipment, following hotel standards and checklists.
- Respond to guest requests courteously and in a timely manner.
Required profile
- Ability to perform housekeeping and laundry tasks, including operating basic laundry equipment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Solid organisational skills to manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Willingness to follow training, cleaning procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate loads, and use cleaning tools safely.
- Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
