Clinic Training Specialist (Part‑time, Commission‑based)

About the role

DocCliq is seeking a Clinic Training Specialist to lead the onboarding of newly signed clinics. After the sales team finalizes an agreement, you will travel to the clinic to train doctors and staff on using the DocCliq software effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site training sessions for physicians and clinical personnel at newly onboarded clinics.
• Explain software functionality in clear, non‑technical language to both medical and administrative staff.
• Ensure each clinic team feels confident and comfortable operating the platform after training.
• Act as the primary point of contact for any onboarding‑related questions.

Required profile

• Based in Yerevan or within commuting distance.
• Conversational proficiency in Armenian, Russian and English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Comfortable with software and capable of translating technical concepts for a general audience.
• Own transportation preferred, as the role involves travel between clinics.
