Statistical Programmer – Junior to Senior

About the role

Join Gurus CRO’s Biometrics team as a Statistical Programmer, working on clinical trial deliverables using SAS and/or R. The position offers exposure to CDISC standards, regulatory submissions, and collaboration with international colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and validate SAS and/or R programs for clinical trial deliverables.
• Create and maintain analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures (TLFs).
• Support CDISC implementation, including SDTM and ADaM.
• Perform validation and quality control of programming outputs.
• Review protocols, SAPs, annotated CRFs, and programming specifications.
• Work closely with Biostatistics and Clinical Data Management teams.
• Maintain programming documentation and follow SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements and programming standards.
• Deliver high‑quality outputs within project timelines.

Required profile

• Experience with SAS and/or R programming.
• Experience in clinical research or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of CDISC standards, including SDTM and ADaM.
• Understanding of clinical trial data and statistical programming processes.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
